University of Puerto Rico historical theater with seating capacity of 1,730
Complete renovation including new seating, restoration of cornices, walls, new doors, AC, electrical system, stage rigging, new orchestra lift, new stage, new sound and lighting system, generator system and sound baffling.
Performed complex project analysis to determine critical paths for task completion and oversaw more than 100 workers per day with an intense work schedule involving complex inter-dependencies between subcontractors and tasks. Project was completed successfully in an extraordinary time frame.
